Located in the bustling new Arts District of Hyattsville, Maryland, we are minutes away from D.C., only two blocks away from the West Hyattsville metro, and we offer ample parking. Once you arrive, our neutral wall coloring, and wood floors can be transformed into the perfect space for your baby shower, retirement party, or networking functions. Below is just a sample of the events our space can hold. And we aren’t just a space. MDPAA studios has all the tools to create an evening you will never forget!!

MDPAA also invites businesses, companies and individuals to rent our 3 studio spaces for rehearsals, workshops and meetings. We will open our studios to artists who would like to partner with us in developing new works and works in progress. Residency rates are also available. Each Studio has windows and is equipped with either a speaker system or music equipment. On-site keyboards and portable ballet barres are also available at an additional fee. Admin Assistance fee added to all Rentals.

Reservation Process
We will try our best to accommodate your date and time for rental. Payment will be required to finalize reservation after request has been accepted. 50% deposit is required to hold the space. Depending on event, remaining balances are due either 1 week or 24hrs prior to rental date.

REHEARSAL/MEETING RENTALS
Policies
â– Studio must be left the way it was as when the renter came in.
â– If you leave items for your class, you understand that you leave them at your own risk.
â– No food or drinks other than water are allowed in the studio however ALL bottles must be discarded.
â– No inappropriate activities are allowed in the studio.
â– A $100.00 fine (minimum) will be assessed for any damages to equipment or space.
â– We reserve the right to move your space to a different studio or time with a 3 day notice to the renter.
â– The renter shall not use any “MDPAA” wording in their advertising/marketing other than in referencing the location of the studios. It must be labeled “Maryland Performing Arts Academy”.
