Responsible for rental sales.
Coordinates rental calendar.
Contacts substitute instructors for classes.
Maintains and updates website.
Completes daily log/report of Academy activities.

Qualifications: 5 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills. Should be a performing artist and enjoy working with students in the arts.
Part-time position. Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones,
Maintaining cleanliness of studio space,
Making sure studios are furnished with necessary equipment,
Recording and maintaining class registrations,
Processing drop-in transactions,
Stocking and selling concessions,
Setting up studios for upcoming rentals.
Ensuring rental customers adhere to contract (time and space)
Studio Managers will be able to take classes at a discounted price!

Qualifications: 5 years or more administrative experience, advanced proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office software required, customer service facilities maintenance and management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, purchasing, and office equipment. Should be able to navigate Microsoft Office Suite.

Handles rentals for studios.
Maintains HR records.
Collects time sheets.
Control correspondence.
Keep Directors calendar.
Order office supplies and concessions.
P-Card holder with Director approval.
Access to petty cash.
Create and maintain client database.
Schedule meetings and appointments for directors.
Greet visitors.
Provide general administrative supports.
Screening calls.
Making travel, meetings and event arrangements.
Preparing reports and financial data.
Training other support staff.
Customer relations.
Maintain cost recovery sheets.
Keep accurate records of student registration.

MDPAA is seeking fun, energetic, seasoned performing artists, teaching artists, and theatre professionals to join our team. Qualified candidates should have a bachelors or master’s degree in a performing arts field, seven years of performing and teaching experience, or a combination of the two. Our instructors should also have experience in directing, producing, stage management or another technical theatre field. These positions will begin as part time but may grow to full time employment. Salary commensurate with experience

MDPAA is also seeking amazing piano players as accompanists for our musical theatre lab, our voice classes and our private instruction session. These are part time positions.
